main illustrations finished. Now to research bee lore and honeybees history.
Also: paint banners, scan all images, format text, find a printer, and print this thing. I predict at least another week or two for this to be done.
I keep being distracted. The slow awakening of Spring is making me restless.
some asked me for videos of how I paint. Here is a quick one of my working on my current project. Tried to make it as clear as possible.
(the video is speeded-up because I wanted to upload it on tumblr, so it had to be less than 5 min, but tumblr was being uncooperative in the upload process. Oh well. You can still get an idea even though it’s fast).

so, um, for the past few days I’ve been trying to improve my Photoshop skills, and since I made a fandom tumblr and all, I figured making fandom stuff would be good practice. And it’s fun too!
So after lots of fiddling around today and lots of frustration (though it looks fairly simple), I’ve come up with this.
I am really happy with it (for a first real try at something like it). I wanted to share it here, as it is, in my opinion anyway, still some kind of artistic endeavor.
